The bible says that no one has ever seen the face of God (John 1:18). In the Old Testament, God told Moses, “you cannot see my face, for no man can see me and live” (Exodus 33:20). Although God didn’t meet him face to face, he did allow Moses to get a glimpse of his back (Exodus 33:23). That one fleeting glimpse transformed his life forever.
